An unexpected giant problem — Giant condyloma (Buschke–Lowenstein tumor)

A 49-year-old man with a long-standing history of alcohol abuse was admitted to the Nephrology Department because acute kidney injury. Previous medical unremarkable. Physical examination revealed severe dehydration and large (15 × 25 cm) verrucous mass (Figure 1A ) an associated ulceration localized in anal region.
